How to Apply: Please submit (1) This application form, (2) a project proposal of no more than 500 words in English or Chinese, or 1000 in Tibetan, double spaced, (3) a detailed budget proposal that is no more than one page in length showing how you plan to use the money (maximum U.S. $7,500). In all, your application should have 3 separate parts (form, proposal, and budget).
