Todd Stein is the Director of Government Relations at ICT. He comes to the International Campaign for Tibet after many years on Capitol Hill, primarily as a foreign and military policy aide, for the Arms Control and Foreign Policy Caucus, Senator Paul Simon and Congressman Tom Allen, where he served most recently as Deputy Chief of Staff. Through his government service, Todd has worked on a wide array of issues and their intersection with politics, including human rights advocacy, China and Taiwan, federal appropriations, United Nations funding, arms control, and the military budget and weapons systems.
