Jim Kane is director of marketing for a Washington, D.C. architecture firm specializing in historic preservation and serves on the city's Historic Preservation Review Board. He first became involved with ICT during the renovation of the group's Washington, D.C. historic headquarters building. Actively engaged in the community, Kane is a co-founder and 10-year board member of the Booker T. Washington Charter School for the Technical Arts, which prepares students for careers in the construction industry, and recently served as Co-Chair of Councilman Jack Evans's 2008 re-election campaign to the District of Columbia City Council.
