Major international news outlets on March 29 reported that Canadian researchers identified "a vast electronic spying operation" that "has infiltrated computers and has stolen documents from hundreds of government and private offices around the world, including those of the Dalai Lama." The International Campaign for Tibet, which also may have been targeted in this spying operation, has cooperated with investigators and taken action to protect its computers from malicious software.
